Ancestral Tending with the Sacred Yew Tree

As we approach Samhain, the veils between our world and the Otherworld thin, and our ancestors are near. In this weekend workshop, you will be introduced to the spirit of the sacred Yew Tree, and the mystery traditions that the Yew holds. Within a sacred container, held by the spirit of the Yew tree, you will learn ways to safely communicate with compassionate, well ancestors, as well as bring healing to and reclaim the gifts of your lineage lines.

You will be initiated into a specific process that is unique to connecting with the spirit of the Yew tree.  You will be taught chant and breathwork practise to deepen your connection, and be guided by drum and sound.

The teachings shared during this workshop focus on building respectful relationship with the Yew tree, our ancestors and the sprits of these lands (acknowledging that we are visitors on stolen territories). Animist tools, practices and ritual that are culturally relevant to descendants of Norse and Celtic cultures - the lands known today as Éire (Ireland), Alba (Scotland) and Cymru (Wales) will be shared, as well as channeling received directly from the Yew tree. Although these teachings are connected to Norse and Celtic culture, people of all cultural backgrounds are welcome to attend. 

Please note:

-This workshop opens up a portal for deep transformational work. 

-There will be a 30 minute uphill hike to access the Yew Tree.

We believe that everyone should have access to learning about plant spirit medicine, nature connection, ancestral wisdom, and intuitive knowing. We are committed to removing barriers to access through our scholarship programs. While we strive to be accessible and inclusive to all, a limited number of scholarships are available, and range between 25-75% of the cost.
